Portland, Oregon has been a riot zone for over two months now after Antifa came in and started their massive destruction of America.
It is unreal how the Mayor of Portland, Tim Wheeler has sat by idly and let them destroy the city that he is supposed to be in charge of protecting.
Honestly, though, what do you really expect out of a liberal in charge? It’s the same thing all across the country. This is happening in liberal cities where nothing will be done about it.
This is why President Trump has had to step in and send in federal troops to help get the city back under control. But I’m quite certain that Mayor Wheeler will be forced out of office because even the liberals hate him.
But if that wasn’t bad enough, you have people like Rep. Jerry Nadler who denies that this is actually taking place. I’m not even joking.
Nadler was approached by journalist Austen Fletcher and asked if he disavowed the violent riots.
“It is true. There’s violence across the whole country,” Fletcher said. “Do you disavow the violence from Antifa that’s happening in Portland right now? There’s riots—”
“That’s a myth that’s being spread only in Washington, D.C.,” Nadler claimed without evidence.
“About Antifa in Portland?” Fletcher pressed.
“Yes—” Nadler once again claimed without evidence.
A person with Nadler, presumably an aide, rushed in to get Nadler away from the camera and took him to a car nearby.
“Sir, there’s videos everywhere online,” Fletcher said as Nadler walked away. “There’s fires and riots, they’re throwing fireworks at federal officers. DHS is there. Look online. It gets crazy, Mr. Nadler.”
I ran into Jerry Nadler in DC and asked him to disavow the Antifa violence/rioting in Portland.
His response?

This is in spite of DOZENS of arrests being made from riots that have transpired over the last TWO MONTHS!
Rep. Nadler is willfully ignorant of what is actually going on and I have no idea why he would just outright deny that it’s happening. I’d love to see him hop on a plane and fly out to Portland and walk through the streets.
I think part of it also is that Nadler denies that Antifa even exists. He must not know how to do any actual research.

Sandmann settled his defamation lawsuit with The Washington Post for $250 million. This was due to the botched coverage of the viral confrontation between Sandmann and a Native American. Sandmann settled with CNN back in January.
