So all of a sudden we’ve seen a massive increase in the number of new coronavirus cases being reported, but mostly in just a handful of states like California, Texas, Florida, and Arizona.
But is anyone really trying to resolve the question as to why?
Liberals are saying it’s because people aren’t wearing masks, while those of us with common sense know that there is more to it than this.
They ignore the fact that there have been protests going on for a long time and there have been thousands of people from all over the country intermingling with one another which is a great way to be sure to spread the virus.
There has also been a large increase in the number of tests given so it would only make sense to have more positive results if there are more tests being done.
They focus on the number of cases going up, but fail to acknowledge that the death rate has stayed the same for the most part. There was a very slight uptick, but nothing crazy, and we know that they are still reporting anyone who dies with COVID as dying from COVID.
Now there is something else we’re learning. Scientists say that they’ve discovered that there are a large number of false positives.
According to the Department of Health, between July 15 to July 17 there were a total of 144 ‘positive’ tests…90 were false positives!
That is a 62% false-positive rate!
Scientists at Connecticut’s public health laboratory say they’ve discovered a flaw in a manufacturer’s testing system for the coronavirus that’s used by labs around the country. So far, it’s resulted in 90 people – mostly residents of Connecticut nursing homes and assisted living facilities – recently receiving false positive tests.
State public health officials are now reviewing whether nursing home residents who received false positive tests were grouped with other residents with accurate positive tests, given the state’s recommendation to cohort nursing home residents who test positive for COVID-19.
“We don’t know that yet,” said Josh Geballe, Gov. Ned Lamont’s chief operating officer.
No one knows anything it seems.
