WATCH: Pete Buttigieg Says it Should be Legal to Not Tell Your Partner You HIV

Should it be a crime to not tell your partner you have HIV? Of course it should be. No one can disagree with that, right? Wrong.

According to a Vox article published this week, laws that have passed that make it illegal to not disclose your HIV status “have only increased stigma and abuse.” Unsurprisingly there are many 2020 Democrats who agree with this insane idea.

Thursday night's CNN town hall focused on transgender and gay issues. It was sponsored by the Human Rights Campaign.

Leftist Anderson Cooper described laws making it a crime to not disclose HIV stats to sexual partners as “antiquated” and based on “old science.”

2020 Democratic hopeful Pete Buttigieg agreed and said, “It’s not fair and it needs to change.”

Sen. Cory Booker is on board as well. He completely agreed that making it a law to disclose HIV status to sexual partners as “archaic” and have “no scientific basis." He's called for the complete repeal of these laws.

This is complete insanity.
