WATCH: Joe Biden Says It's Okay To Hit Women Sometimes

As expected, the most recent Democratic presidential debate was a dud…again. They wasted time talking about President Trump how the impeachment hearings have been going.

The debate moderators consistently tossed softball questions to them and fail to challenge them on the issue, but the debate at least it was somewhat amusing, especially when Joe Biden started talking about hitting women.

One of the moderators asked Biden, “Vice President Biden, the #MeToo movement has forced a cultural reckoning around the issue of sexual violence and harassment against women in America. Are there specific actions that you would take early in your administration to address this problem?”

Biden, in his usual style, made a fool of himself once again in his response.

“Yes, and by the way, it’s one of the reasons the first thing I would do is make sure we pass the Violence Against Women Act re-authorization. The fact is, what happens now is we, in fact, have to fundamentally change the culture, the culture of how women are treated. That’s why as Vice President, I asked the president if I could start the movement on the college campuses to say it’s on us, it’s everyone’s responsibility.”

“No man has a right to raise a hand to a woman in anger other than in self-defense, and that rarely ever occurs. So we have to just change the culture, period, and keep punching at it and punching at it. No, I really mean it. It's a gigantic issue, and we have to make it clear from the top, from the president on down that we will not tolerate it. We will not tolerate this culture."

Did he really just mention hitting women then make light of it by saying that they need to keep punching at it and punching at it? But it is Biden after all, so what should we really expect?
