Former President Donald Trump surprised college football fans on Saturday in Alabama with a unique gift.
Trump was spotted tossing boxes of chicken tenders to the excited crowd at Bryant-Denny Stadium. It happened during the Alabama vs. Georgia game, much to the fans’ delight.
A video posted by Margo Martin, his campaign’s deputy communications director, captured the moment. In the clip, Trump waved to the crowd before flinging the chicken to random fans.
The crowd erupted, chanting, “USA!, USA!, USA!” as Trump interacted with them.
According to the Associated Press, Trump was there as a guest of Ric Mayers Jr., a businessman from Alabama and Mar-a-Lago member.
Mayers mentioned he invited Trump to experience a warm welcome at the game, the AP reported. Trump has attended a few college games before, including an Alabama-Georgia national championship game.
No. 4 Alabama’s Crimson Tide triumphed 41-34 over the No. 2 Georgia Bulldogs.
