President Trump took aim at TIME magazine on Tuesday, blasting the publication for what he called a “terrible” cover photo — despite saying the story itself was fair.
“Time Magazine wrote a relatively good story about me, but the picture may be the Worst of All Time,” Trump wrote on Truth Social. “They ‘disappeared’ my hair, and then had something floating on top of my head that looked like a floating crown, but an extremely small one. Really weird!”
He added that he’s never liked photos taken from low angles, saying this one was “super bad” and “deserves to be called out.”
“What are they doing, and why?” he asked.
The magazine had recently featured Trump on its cover following his landmark peace deal — a move that drew praise even from some media critics.
But while readers appreciated the positive coverage, many agreed with Trump that the photo choice was questionable.
Several X users shared alternative images they said would have been far more flattering, adding fuel to the online debate.
