Things Are Getting Serious – President Trump Preparing for Fight Against Fraud

Over the next few weeks, I think things are really going to get serious in regards to the election.

This is the time that I think we’re going to start seeing some serious movement in the court cases and evidence.

With Congress set to confirm the electoral votes on January 6, 2021, there isn’t much time left to do anything to stop the steal of this election.

We know that the Trump legal team is still working on the matter and that there are multiple cases sitting in the docket before the Supreme Court. I’m not sure when they will be dealing with the cases, so who knows what’s going to happen there.

However, there is some good news. President Trump’s Chief of Staff Mark Meadows said on Monday,

“Several members of Congress just finished a meeting in the Oval Office with President Trump, preparing to fight back against mounting evidence of voter fraud.”

Some of the people who attended this meeting were Rep. Mo Brooks, Rep. Matt Gaetz, Rep. Jim Jordan, Rep. Andy Biggs, Rep. Scott Perry, Rep. Louie Gohmert, and Congresswoman-elect Marjorie Taylor-Greene.

President Trump recently called Charlie Kirk with Turning Point USA and said,

“We are fighting, really for the country, because this election, we won this election in a landslide. It’s all documented, the problem is we need a party that is going to fight, and we have some great congressmen and women that are doing it. And we have others, some great fighters, but we won this in a landslide. They know it, and we need backing from like, the Justice Department and other people have to finally step up.”

So what’s going to happen next month?

On January 6, the House and Senate convene jointly in the House chamber. Pence would co-preside over the session in his capacity as President of the Senate alongside House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif.

Pence’s term doesn’t expire until January 20.

If there is a House and Senate member appealing a state’s slate of electors, the Joint Session of Congress is dissolved and the House and Senate meet separately for two hours to debate a contested state’s electoral vote.

Each body then votes whether to accept or reject that state’s slate of electoral votes. Then the House and Senate reconvene in the Joint Session.

A state’s slate of electoral votes is only tossed if both the House and Senate vote to do so. With Democrats controlling the House and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., acknowledging Biden’s win, it seems unlikely there would be enough votes to reject any state’s certification.

So I don’t think that there will be any success in actually contesting the election results, but for posterity and for our country, these people are going to do so anyway because it is right.

In reality, our only hope rests in the hands of the Supreme Court to overturn the fake results of the election.
