St. Louis Man Who Defended His Home From Criminals SHUTS DOWN Chris Cuomo After He Tries Making Him Out to Be the Bad Guy

We've all seen the fantastic video of the man in St. Louis, Missouri who defending his family and his property when a group of rioters broke into the private neighborhood in which he lived and threatened the man.

He, of course, went outside with his rifle and was ready to handle business if necessary.

So many news outlets have claimed that they weren't on private property put were on public property since they were, as it seemed, to just be walking down the street or sidewalk, but this is completely false because everything beyond that gate is private property; it is a private community.

Cuomo tried to make McCloskey out to be the bad guy for "waving a gun around" like he's some lunatic.

Cuomo asked McCloskey, “How do you feel about becoming the face of political resistance to the Black Lives Matter movement?”

McCloskey kept his cool and calm manner and simple fired right back. He's an attorney so he knows how to handle himself.

“First of all, that’s a completely ridiculous statement,” McCloskey responded. “I am not the face of anything opposing the Black Lives Matters movement. I was a person scared for my life, who was protecting my wife, my home, my hearth, my livelihood.”

“I was a victim of a mob that came through the gate,” McCloskey said. “I didn’t care what color they were. I didn’t care what their motivation was. I was frightened. I was assaulted, and I was in imminent fear they would run me over, kill me, burn my house. And you have to listen to context in St. Louis where in June 2nd of this year, I watched the city burn, I watched the 7-11 get smashed in, looted, and burned for 40 minutes on live television with nobody showing up to do anything. And I realized at that time, we’re on our own.”

“When bad things happen, they unpredictably turn real bad, real fast,” McCloskey concluded. “That same night, retired St. Louis police captain David Doran was murdered. These things get very bad very quickly. When those people came through the gate, when it was a mob, I didn’t take the time to see their birth certificates or anything else, I was defending my — my house, my life, my wife and what I spent 32 years building there.”

At the end of the clip, McCloskey mentions something that is incredibly important to all of this and it's something, as he mentions, isn't even being mentioned in the media. That's the fact that those thugs can't even reach the mayor's house by going through the neighborhood.

So they had no business being there in the first place.
