HomeNews WirePelosi Disrespects 4th Grader During SOTU Address (VIDEO) Editor February 6, 2020 Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi completely snubbed a 4th-grade girl during the President’s State of the Union address Tuesday night. While the President announced the girl would be receiving a scholarship to attend a school of her choice, Pelosi remained seated and did not applaud for the young girl while everyone else did. The President awarded her the scholarship during his address: “To rescue these students, 18 States have created school choice in the form of Opportunity Scholarships. The programs are so popular that tens of thousands of students remain on waiting lists. One of those students is Janiyah Davis, a fourth grader from Philadelphia. Janiyah’s mom, Stephanie is a single parent. She would do anything to give her daughter a better future. But last year, that future was put further out of reach when Pennsylvania’s Governor vetoed legislation to expand school choice for 50,000 children. Janiyah and Stephanie are in the gallery this evening. Now, I call on the Congress to give one million American children the same opportunity Janiyah has just received. Pass the Education Freedom Scholarships and Opportunity Act — because no parent should be forced to send their child to a failing government school.” President Trump continued, “I can proudly announce tonight that an Opportunity Scholarship has become available, it is going to you, and you will soon be heading to the school of your choice,” said President Trump to his guest, 4th-grade student Janiyah Davis. Watch how disrespectful Pelosi fails to show any remote sign of emotion for the young girl. If Pelosi's fate wasn't sealed before the State of the Union address, it is now. This wasn’t Pelosi’s only stunt of the evening, the woman had a nervous breakdown. At some points during the speech she was muttering to herself, her face was contorting, and when the President concluded speaking she tore up the speech. Guys – can someone check on Pelosi? – mumbling to herself– face contortions – eyes darting around – confused head wobbles She is not well. pic.twitter.com/FM55AdaX9P — Benny (@bennyjohnson) February 5, 2020 In this speech President Trump: – Honored 100-year old Tuskegee airman– Honored parents whose daughter was killed by terrorists– Honored mother who lost military spouse– Reunited military dad with his sobbing family This is what Pelosi thinks of it: pic.twitter.com/OJyob4USnO — Benny (@bennyjohnson) February 5, 2020 Trending Political Stories: WATCH: Graham Says Schumer Is ‘Scared To Death’ This Dem Might Take His Seat Chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee, Lindsey Graham said during an interview with Fox News that Chuck Schumer is scared for his job. I did happen to catch about half of the last quarter to see how the game would end because the ends of football games can always go in any direction. Just think back to the Patriots and Falcons Super Bowl a few years ago. Plus, I've seen how the Chiefs have been playing lately and I thought that even though they were down, that they might make one heck of a comeback…I was right.
