Joe Walsh Asks Crowd If They Want 4 More Years of Trump, It Backfires on Him

Former Rep. Joe Walsh doesn’t get a lot of attention because even the media knows he doesn’t stand a chance.

In fact, I'd be willing to bet money that many people reading this right now may not even know who he is. But sometimes things happen which are too funny to not talk about.

Walsh joined former Massachusetts Governor Bill Weld on Monday to make their case against having President Trump in the GOP primary (which isn't going to happen).

Walsh preached on his hatred for Trump and what's funny is that apparently he couldn't gauge the reaction of the audience he was speaking to because he just kept on talking bad about Trump.

He asked the crowd “do you want four more years of the Donald Trump show” in multiple different ways. Each time the crowd cheered for Trump. Some even shouting ‘Trump 2020’ and ‘4 more years’.

Walsh just didn’t get it. He didn’t hear a word of it.  He even asked the crowd ‘how am I doing?’ before asking if they want ‘four more years of a president who wakes up every morning and makes every day about himself’ before the crowd who cut him off in boos.

Watch:

Poor Walsh must have finally realized that the crowd wasn't on his side because he hopped on Twitter to complain, even going so far as to call the Republican Party a cult. I think it's the other way around.

Here's what Walsh said on Twitter:

“I spoke in front of 3,000 Iowa Republicans last night. It was like a MAGA rally. I told them we needed a President who doesn’t lie all the time. The crowd booed me. I told them we needed a President who wasn’t indecent & cruel. The crowd booed me, Walsh tweeted.

I told them we needed a President who doesn’t care only about himself. The crowd booed me. I told them the Republican Party needed to do some real soul searching. The crowd booed me.

I told them that, because of Trump, young people, women, and people of color want nothing to do with the Republican Party. The crowd booed me. I told them I’m a pro life, pro gun, secure the border conservative, but we need a President who is decent and represents everyone.

The crowd booed me. I got booed, yelled at, jeered, and given the middle finger for the 3-4 minutes I spoke to these 3,000 people. Afterwards, I realized again that 99.9% of these folks don’t support me. They don’t care that Trump lies, they don’t care that he’s cruel,

they don’t care that he cheats to get re-elected, they don’t care that he attacks the free press, they don’t care that he increases the debt, they don’t care that his tariffs have killed Iowa farmers, they don’t care that Trump abuses the Constitution and acts like a dictator.

“Afterwards, I realized again that my Republican Party isn’t a Party, it’s a cult. I realized again that nobody can beat Trump in a Republican primary. And most importantly and most sadly, I realized again that I don’t belong in this party. I have no home in this party, he continued.

The people want Trump. The President has done a phenomenal job. A job that I don't think anyone else could have done.

Jeb Bush Gets ATTACKED for What He Said About Super Bowl Half Time Show

Even though I'm a big football fan, I must admit that I didn't watch the Super Bowl on Sunday night, at least not all of it.

I did happen to catch about half of the last quarter to see how the game would end because the ends of football games can always go in any direction. Just think back to the Patriots and Falcons Super Bowl a few years ago. Plus, I've seen how the Chiefs have been playing lately and I thought that even though they were down, that they might make one heck of a comeback…I was right. Continue reading…
