Hell Freezes Over in California: Gov. Newsom Praises Trump and Pence

It's pretty clear by now that President Trump and the Governor of California Gavin Newsom are practically enemies. I really don't know what else you'd call someone who defies the President in almost everything that he does.

Whatever you want to call, one thing is for certain, Gavin Newsom hates President Trump, and Trump hates Newsom.

But something shocking actually happened on earlier this week. Gov. Newsom actually praised both President Trump and Vice President Pence.

CALIFORNIA’S DEMOCRAT GOVERNOR PRAISES TRUMP’S CORONAVIRUS RESPONSE: ‘EVERY SINGLE THING HE SAID THEY FOLLOWED THROUGH ON’

California’s Democratic Governor Gavin Newsom praised president President Donald Trump on Monday for supporting his state as it combats the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.

Trump and his administration have faced criticism for their response to the coronavirus. But Newsom, who declared a state of emergency in California last Wednesday, shared positive remarks about the way the president has responded and supported the West Coast state.

“We had a private conversation, but he said, ‘We’re gonna do the right thing’ and ‘You have my support, all of our support, logistically and otherwise,'” Newsom told reporters at a Monday news conference.

“He said everything I could have hoped for,” the governor asserted. “And we had a very long conversation and every single thing he said, they followed through on,” he noted.

Newsom said that he has received “consistent” support from Trump and Vice President Mike Pence, who is leading the administration’s response to the coronavirus outbreak.

I'm not the only person who was shocked when they heard this:

I can't believe it, but ABC is actually posting a positive story of rabid leftard Gavin Newsom praising President Trump response about WuhanVirus in CA.

This should tell you our government is doing everything possible to keep Americans very safe.

It's really a winning day when both ABC and Gov. Newsom have something positive to say about both the President and Vice President, especially after how much they've been attacking them both over the coronavirus outbreak.

Dr. Fauci: Coronavirus Spread would be 'Worse' without Trump's Travel Bans

Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, Dr. Anthony Fauci, declared that the coronavirus would be much "worse" if President Trump didn't have travel bans in place on China and Iran.

“I believe we would be in a worse position,” Fauci told the House Oversight and Reform Committee, "Whenever you look at the history of outbreaks, what you see now in an un-contained way and although we are containing it in some respects, we keep getting people coming into the country that are travel-related, we’ve seen that in many of the states that are now involved."
