Greg Gutfeld slammed Democrats during Wednesday’s episode of “The Five,” questioning whether there’s any “dirtbag” they wouldn’t support for political gain.
The criticism came as the panel discussed the deportation case of Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia. Despite his violent past, Gutfeld said Democrats always seem to side with the wrong people.
“It’s amazing you look at the mother, and then you can hear [Senator Chris] Van Hollen’s words about who the most vulnerable is — he’s talking about the gangbanger,” Gutfeld said. “The effing Democrats. You can offer them two sides, and they can’t help but pick the wrong one.”
Gutfeld pointed to illegal immigration and rising crime. “Now we stop it, and who do they side with? An illegal with a history of violence who beats women. Good job Dems. You never fail us,” he said. “Whether it’s Antifa, BLM, Hamas — is there any dirtbag that you won’t embrace for political reasons?”
Abrego Garcia, reportedly linked to MS-13, was deported in March. A lower court later ordered the Trump administration to bring him back, calling his removal an “administrative error.”
The Supreme Court ruled on April 10 that Abrego Garcia’s case must be handled as if the deportation never happened. They also instructed the administration to secure his release in El Salvador.
Gutfeld tore into the media and liberals for spreading misinformation. He recalled how they wrongly accused border agents of whipping migrants and called Trump and Elon Musk Nazis.
“Do you notice this? How long are you going to put up with this crap where they lead you down a path for a political reason, and you find out you’re in quicksand?” Gutfeld asked. “They plant this idea of this one man in your head and say, ‘Why don’t you care about them?’”
Sen. Chris Van Hollen traveled to El Salvador to meet with Abrego Garcia but was denied entry into the prison. Gutfeld blasted the move as another political stunt.
“All this is scoring symbolic virtue points,” he said. “A creep from El Salvador, he can’t jump that line. This is a border that he can’t cross… every time the libs try to cross that border into your house you have to fight back.”
