BOMBSHELL: St. Louis Prosecutor's Office Caught Tampering With Evidence In McCloskey Case, Someone Is Going To Jail

Dirty liberals and a crooked circuit attorney are working very hard to try and throw some innocent people in prison.

Reports are being released that the staff of St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner was caught tampering with supposed evidence in the McCloskey case.

I'd like to know what they're considering as evidence. These people were on their private property with their guns to protect themselves from people who just broke into their community. They have every right to point a weapon as criminals on private property.

KSDK News reported,

The gun Patricia McCloskey waved at protesters was inoperable when it arrived at the St. Louis police crime lab, but a member of Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner’s staff ordered crime lab experts to disassemble and reassemble it and wrote that it was “readily capable of lethal use” in charging documents filed Monday.

Missouri law requires that police and prosecutors must prove that a weapon is “readily” capable of lethal use when it is used in the type of crime the McCloskeys are being charged with.

Assistant Circuit Attorney Chris Hinckley ordered crime lab experts to field strip the firearm, reassemble it, and wrote it was “readily capable of lethal use.”

According to documents obtained by local station KSDK 5, when the firearm was field stripped it was discovered to be assembled incorrectly. The firearm was inoperable because the firing pin spring was put in front of the firing pin, which was backward. The crime lab then reassembled the firearm correctly, test-fired it, and deemed it “capable of lethal use.”

Crime lab workers photographed the disassembly and reassembly of the gun, according to the documents.

Patricia McCloskey and her husband, Mark McCloskey, have said the handgun Patricia McCloskey waved at protesters was inoperable because they had used it as a prop during a lawsuit they once filed against a gun manufacturer. In order to bring it into a courtroom, they made it inoperable.

Their attorney, Joel Schwartz, confirmed to 5 On Your Side that the McCloskeys intentionally misplaced the firing pin on the gun and that it was in that condition when Patricia McCloskey waved it at protesters and turned it into their former attorney Al Watkins.

These McCloskeys are no dummies. They're both lawyers who know the law very well. I don't think they have anything to worry about and I hope they countersue and take everything they can get.
