On Monday night, Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem issued a blunt warning to illegal immigrants. “If you are considering entering America illegally, don’t even think about it,” she declared.
Noem announced a massive ad campaign on social media. It’s a multimillion-dollar effort aimed at warning illegal immigrants to leave. “Now or face deportation with the inability to return to the US,” she stated.
“This serves as a strong warning to criminal illegal aliens,” she continued. “If they do, they will be hunted down and deported. Thank you @realdonaldtrump for securing our border and putting America first.”
She reinforced the message in a video. “Let me deliver a message from President Trump to the world,” she said. “If you are considering entering America illegally, don’t even think about it.”
Noem didn’t hold back. “If you come to our country and you break our laws, we will hunt you down,” she warned. “Criminals are not welcome in the United States.” She blamed weak leadership for open borders, drugs, and human trafficking.
“Well, those days are over,” she declared. “Under President Trump, we are defending American families and restoring their safety.” She made it clear—illegal crossings won’t be tolerated. “If you try to enter illegally, you will be caught, you will be removed, and you will never return.”
The Department of Homeland Security detailed the ad campaign’s scope. “This series of ads will run on radio, broadcast, and digital, in multiple countries and regions in various dialects.” They will be hyper-targeted, reaching illegal immigrants inside the U.S. and abroad.
In early February, Noem highlighted action against the Tren de Aragua gang. “President Donald Trump has been very clear: Guantanamo Bay will hold the worst of the worst. That starts today,” she said.
On Monday morning, border czar Tom Homan shared a striking statistic. “In the last 24 hours, the US Border Patrol has encountered a total of 229 aliens across the entire southwest border.” That’s a sharp drop from over 11,000 a day under Biden. “President Trump promised a secure border and he is delivering.”
