The incident occurred in Laurel County, Kentucky.
Coleman addressed concerns on X, stating, “All Kentucky voters can have confidence that our elections are secure and any potential issues will be addressed quickly.”
Laurel County Clerk Tony Brown, a Republican, confirmed they pulled the machine in question. However, his staff could not replicate the issue.
“We couldn’t recreate it. We were pushing all the buttons and it was fine,” he explained.
